ACTIVATE Nights are where serving at Calvary Homestead begins.

These gatherings happen every quarter and are designed to help you take your next step into ministry. Whether you are new or have been serving for a while, this night is about getting grounded, getting clear, and moving forward together.

WHY ACTIVATE NIGHTS?

Serving is more than filling a role. It is about the heart behind it.

ACTIVATE Nights help us build a shared culture of serving that is rooted in Jesus, shaped by commitment, and sustained by the Holy Spirit. This is where we come into alignment as a church and step into what God is calling us to.

THE FOUNDATION: ACT

We believe every servant should live from this foundation:

  • Your relationship with Jesus comes first. A consistent devotional life matters.
    (John 15)

  • Serving is a commitment, not a convenience.
    If you're not ready to commit, it's okay to wait.

  • We don’t serve in our own strength.
    The Holy Spirit empowers and sustains us.

WHAT TO EXPECT

ACTIVATE Night is intentionally designed in three parts:

  • Led by pastors, this session lays the biblical and spiritual foundation for serving. You’ll receive vision, scripture, and clarity on what it truly means to serve in ministry.

  • Clear, practical expectations for every servant at Homestead. This includes standards, responsibilities, and a time for Q&A.

  • Meet ministry leaders, ask questions, and explore where you can serve. This is where relationships are built and next steps are defined.
